FORMULA:
For 1 tablet
Active pharmaceutical ingredients:
Extractum Polysciacis fruticosae spissum 300 mg
Equivalent to 1500 mg Polyscias fruticosa.
Extractum Folii Ginkgo siccus 100 mg
Equivalent to 24 mg total flavonoid.
Excipients: Light magnesium carbonate, colloidal anhydrous silica, maize starch, silicified microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolat, talc powder, magnesium stearate, sodium benzoate, chitofilm F, lake ponceau 4R, lake quinoline yellow, black iron oxide.
DOSAGE FORM:
Film coated tablets: film coated tablet is dark brown, oval with 2 convex sides and inner core is gray brown, herbal aroma, bitter taste.
INDICATIONS:
Prevention and treatment of following diseases such as:
Memory decline, neurasthenia, stress, lack of concentration, forgetfulness.
Cerebral circulation insufficiency, vestibular syndrome with manifestations such as : headache, insomnia, dizziness, tinnitus, vertigo, losing balance.
Raynaud syndrome.
Tremor in Parkinson patients.
Some cases of retinal anemia (type 1 or type 2 diabetic – retinal anemia when there are complications with manifestations such as: blurred vision; retinal phlebemphraxis).
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Adults: 2 tablets each time, 2 times per day.
Children from 12 to below 18 years of age: 1 tablet each time, 1 time per day.
Take orally after meals with warm water.
Or follow doctor’s instructions.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Pregnant women, children below 12 years of age.
People with blood confusion or haemorrhage.
Do not take concomitantly with haemostatic traditional medicine.
People with hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the medicine.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS:
People with chronic insomnia use caution when taking medicine.
PREGNANT WOMEN AND LACTATING WOMEN:
Pregnant women should not be used.
Lactating women: not reported yet, only take this medicine when the benefits are greater than the risks.

a) Drugs interactions: do not take concomitantly with haemostatic traditional medicine.
