ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS IN 2021 TERM V (2021-2026) OPC PHARMACEUTICAL JOINT STOCK COMPANY

On April 9, 2021, OPC Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, stock code OPC, organized the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, term V (2021-2026) at Headquarters No. 1017 Hong Bang, Ward 12, District 6, City. Ho Chi Minh.

The report contents, results of production and business activities in 2020, term IV (2016-2021) and operating directions for 2021, term V (2021-2026) were discussed and approved by the Congress. passed with a high consensus rate. At the same time, the Congress conducted the election of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board for the fifth term.

Term IV takes place in the context of a difficult and challenging economic situation, especially in 2020 which was heavily affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The Congress highly appreciated the efforts of the Board of Directors, Board of Management and all OPC employees in striving to complete the production and business plans assigned by the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders. 2020 business results of revenue of 859.4 billion VND reached 105% of the plan; Profit before tax reached 139.4 billion VND, reaching 107% of the plan (not yet merged with DP TW25 Joint Stock Company).

Regarding the 2021 production and business plan approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders as follows: Total revenue 866 billion VND; Profit before tax: 143 billion VND (not merged with DP TW25 Joint Stock Company); Dividend: 20%. Revenue and pre-tax profit growth plan for term V is expected to be about 5 – 7%.

The Congress conducted the election of the Board of Directors consisting of 9 members and the Supervisory Board consisting of 3 members for term V, specifically as follows:
