FORMULA:

For 1 softgel
Active pharmaceutical ingredients:
Menthol 24 mg
Eucalyptol 24 mg
Camphor 24 mg
Excipients: Soya oil, gelatin, glycerol, nipasol M, copper chlorophyll 15%, pure water.

DOSAGE FORM:

Softgels: Oval, green softgels. Softgels are dry, separate, and do not stick together. Green oily liquid inside, characteristic aroma.

INDICATIONS:

Steam inhalation use for treatment of cold and flu, as an antiseptic for the throat and the nose.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Steam inhalation for treating cold and flu: 2 softgels each time, 1 – 2 times per day. Put softgels into a pot containing approximately 2 liters of freshly boiling water, steam inhalation for 10 – 15 minutes.

Steam inhalation for antiseptic in the throat and the nose: 1 softgel each time, 1 – 2 times per day. Put softgel into steam inhaler or into a glass containing approximately 300 ml of freshly boiling water, cover tightly with a paper funnel and inhale the vapor into the nose or the throat.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Children under 30 months of age, children with a history of epilepsy or febrile convulsions.

People with hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the medicine.

b) Drugs incompatibilities:

Because there have not been any studies about incompatibilities of the drug, do not mix with other drugs.

UNDESIRABLE EFFECTS:

While swallowed, symptoms may be nausea, vomiting, epigastrium pain, headache, vertigo, throat burning sensation, delirium, myoclonus, epileptic convulsions, depression, coma, difficulty breathing, urine retention.

Inform the doctor or the pharmacist immediately if any undesirable effect occurs while taking this medicine.

OVERDOSE AND TREATMENT OF OVERDOSE:

Management of overdosage when swallowed. Wash and suck stomach when swallowed for 1 hour. Give activated charcoal or salt laxatives such as sodium sulfate, 30 grams in 250 ml of water or dilute sodium phosphate.

Management of convulsions with anticonvulsant injection and hospitalization for subsequent treatment.

Euca-OPC® is composed of: menthol, eucalyptol and camphor, which has antiseptic and expectorant effect, induces sweating, treats cold and influenza.
