OPC PHARMA – 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

OPC Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (OPC) successfully held its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on April 27, 2024, at the Company’s headquarters (1017 Hong Bang Street, Ward 12, District 6, Ho Chi Minh City). The AGM reviewed and assessed the Company’s business performance in 2023 and discussed and approved the business plan for 2024.

Despite the overall economic challenges in 2023, which resulted in the closure of many businesses, OPC’s Board of Management and employees worked together to overcome these challenges and maintain impressive business results. Specifically, consolidated revenue reached VND 1,008.9 billion and profit before tax reached VND 155.3 billion.

While the Company’s set goals for 2023 were not fully achieved due to the overall economic difficulties, OPC remains confident that with clear and specific strategies, along with the strong determination of the management team and all employees, it will surpass its business plan and achieve its key objectives in 2024.
